5. Eco Luxe Collection™

Eco Luxe Collection™ is a Wow Glama product collection.

Where applicable, product descriptions will state the relevant fibre composition, heat tolerance, care instructions and other specifications.

Customers must follow the recommended care instructions.

Where a product is described as heat-friendly or heat-safe, the stated maximum temperature should not be exceeded.

Always test heat on a small, discreet section before applying heat to the entire product.

Wow Glama is not responsible for damage caused by exceeding recommended temperatures or using inappropriate styling equipment.

6. Prices

All prices displayed on our website are shown in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices, product specifications and promotional offers at any time.

A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and confirmed, except where permitted by law.

7. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

After placing an order, you will normally receive an order confirmation by email.

An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where:

• Curl or wave pattern
• Parting
• Styling
• Other requested customisations

Once production has begun, changes may not be possible.

Additional charges may apply where a customer requests changes that require additional materials, labour or processing.

Where a customised product is faulty, incorrectly made or does not correspond with the agreed specifications, your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

10. Wig Installation & Salon Services

Appointments for wig installation, customisation, revamps and other salon services must be booked in advance.

Customers should arrive on time for appointments.

Late arrival may reduce the amount of time available for the service. Where a delay substantially affects the appointment, we may need to reschedule it.

Where a customer does not attend an appointment, any applicable deposit or booking fee may be retained in accordance with the booking terms provided at the time of booking.

Customers must inform us before their appointment of any relevant requirements that may affect the service.

11. Customer-Supplied Hair or Wigs

Where a customer supplies their own wig, hair, lace, extensions or other materials for a service, Wow Glama cannot guarantee the condition or suitability of those materials.

We will take reasonable care while carrying out the requested service.

However, we cannot be responsible for pre-existing damage, poor-quality materials, previous chemical processing, shedding, deterioration or other defects that become apparent during the service.

If we believe that a customer's item is unsuitable for the requested service, we may recommend an alternative service or decline to proceed.

12. Deposits & Bookings

Where a deposit is required to secure a booking, the amount and applicable terms will be communicated to the customer before the booking is confirmed.

A deposit may be non-refundable where this has been clearly stated and permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these booking terms removes any statutory rights the customer may have.

13. Shipping

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

The appearance of a particular density can vary depending on:

For this reason, density should be considered an approximate specification rather than an exact visual result.

5. Hair Colour

7. Customer-Supplied Hair or Lace

If a customer supplies hair, lace, a wig or other materials for customisation, Wow Glama cannot guarantee the quality, condition or suitability of those materials.

We are not responsible for pre-existing:

• Shedding

• Tangling

• Matting

• Chemical damage

• Weak lace

• Discolouration

• Breakage

• Poor construction

• Previous alterations

If we determine that supplied materials are unsuitable for the requested work, we may contact the customer before proceeding or recommend an alternative.

8. Processing Times

Custom wigs require additional time for preparation and construction.

Estimated processing times will be stated on the relevant product or communicated to the customer before purchase.

Processing time is separate from delivery time.

During busy periods, product launches, promotions or periods of unusually high demand, processing times may be longer.

Where a significant delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate this to the customer.

9. Changes After Ordering

Once production has started, changes to a custom wig may not be possible.

If a customer requests a change after production has started, additional charges may apply depending on the materials and labour already used.

Changes may also result in additional processing time.

Wow Glama cannot guarantee that requested changes can be accommodated after production has begun.

10. Cancellation of Custom Orders

Because custom wigs are made according to individual customer specifications, cancellation rights may differ from those applying to standard products.

Where production has not begun, we will consider cancellation requests in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the order.

Once production has begun, the right to cancel may be restricted where the law permits, particularly where the wig has been made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised.

Nothing in these terms removes any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Returns & Exchanges

Custom wigs are generally not eligible for a change-of-mind return where they have been made specifically according to the customer's specifications, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

A custom wig may be eligible for a remedy where it is:

• Faulty

• Not as described

• Incorrectly made

• Significantly different from the agreed specifications

• Otherwise not in conformity with the contract

If you believe there is a problem with your custom wig, contact us as soon as possible.

12. Inspect Your Wig Before Wearing

Please inspect your custom wig carefully as soon as you receive it.

Do not cut, colour, bleach, wash, install or otherwise alter the wig if you believe there is a problem with it.

Once the wig has been altered or worn, it may be more difficult to determine whether an issue existed before use.

If you believe your wig is incorrect or faulty, contact us before making any alterations.

13. Customer-Requested Colouring & Chemical Services

Where you request colouring, bleaching or other chemical processing, the final result can be affected by the original hair condition, previous chemical treatment and hair type.

Wow Glama will take reasonable care when carrying out the requested service.

However, colour results cannot always be guaranteed to exactly match a reference photograph.

Customers should understand that chemical processing can affect hair condition, texture, longevity and shedding.

14. Heat Styling

Where a wig or hair product is described as heat-friendly or heat-safe, customers must follow the manufacturer's or Wow Glama's recommended temperature limits.

Always test heat on a small section before applying heat to the entire wig.

Damage caused by excessive heat, incorrect equipment or failure to follow care instructions may not be covered.

15. Natural Variations

Hair is not completely uniform.

Minor variations in:

• Strand thickness

• Curl pattern

• Texture

• Density

• Colour

• Shedding

• Hair direction

may occur.

These natural or manufacturing variations do not automatically constitute a defect.

16. Photographs & Reference Images

If you provide a photograph as a reference, we will use reasonable efforts to achieve the requested look.

However, an exact replica cannot always be guaranteed.

Results can differ due to:

17. Deposits & Payments

Where a deposit is required, the amount and payment terms will be communicated before the order or booking is confirmed.

The remaining balance, where applicable, must be paid according to the agreed payment terms before the wig is dispatched or released to the customer.

18. Collection of Custom Wigs

Where a customer chooses collection, the customer will be notified when the wig is ready.

Customers should inspect the wig at collection where reasonably possible and raise any immediate concerns with Wow Glama.

Customers must provide appropriate identification or order information where required to collect an order.

19. Delivery

Once a custom wig has completed production, it will be dispatched according to the delivery option selected by the customer.

20. Wig Care

Customers are responsible for following the recommended care instructions provided with their wig.

Proper care can help maintain the appearance, texture and longevity of the wig.

Wow Glama cannot guarantee the lifespan of a wig where it has been improperly maintained, excessively manipulated or exposed to products or treatments that are unsuitable for the hair.

If you are unhappy with an aspect of your custom wig, please contact us promptly so that we can understand the issue and determine whether it can be resolved.

2. Wholesale Pricing

Wholesale prices are different from retail prices and may be subject to minimum order quantities.

Wholesale prices may change due to:

6. Custom Wholesale Orders

Where products are manufactured or packaged specifically for a wholesale customer, the customer is responsible for approving:

• Artwork

• Quantities

• Measurements

• Other agreed specifications

Once production has commenced, changes may not be possible or may result in additional charges.

7. Production Times

Wholesale orders may require longer processing times than standard retail orders.

Estimated production or processing times will be communicated at the time of order.

Production times may be affected by supplier availability, manufacturing schedules, holidays, customs, shipping and other circumstances outside Wow Glama's reasonable control.

8. Delivery & Shipping

Wholesale delivery charges will depend on the size, weight, destination and shipping method.

Unless otherwise agreed, delivery charges are payable by the wholesale customer.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes and other destination-country charges unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Inspection of Goods

Wholesale customers should inspect goods promptly after delivery.

Any apparent shortage, incorrect item or visible damage should be reported to Wow Glama as soon as reasonably possible, preferably with photographs and supporting information.

Customers should retain packaging where damage is suspected until the matter has been investigated.

10. Defective or Incorrect Goods

If goods are defective, materially different from the agreed specifications or incorrectly supplied, please contact Wow Glama promptly.

We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, provide a suitable remedy in accordance with the applicable agreement and law.

We may request photographs, videos, samples or other information to assess the issue.

11. Wholesale Returns

Wholesale purchases made for business purposes may not have the same consumer cancellation rights as retail purchases made by consumers.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, wholesale orders cannot be returned simply because the customer has changed their mind.

Customised, personalised, made-to-order or specially procured goods are generally not returnable for change of mind.

This does not exclude liability for goods that are defective, incorrectly supplied or otherwise fail to meet the agreed contractual requirements.

12. Resale

Wholesale customers may resell Wow Glama products as part of their legitimate business activities.

Customers must not falsely represent themselves as Wow Glama, an authorised representative of Wow Glama or the manufacturer unless expressly authorised to do so.

13. Branding & Intellectual Property

Wow Glama retains all rights in its trademarks, logos, product names, designs, photographs, packaging designs and other intellectual property unless expressly transferred or licensed in writing.

Wholesale customers may only use Wow Glama branding in accordance with any brand guidelines or permissions provided by us.

14. Private Label & Bespoke Packaging

Where Wow Glama agrees to provide private-label or bespoke packaging services, the customer is responsible for supplying accurate artwork, business information and specifications.

The customer confirms that they have the necessary rights to any logo, artwork, trademark, photograph or other material supplied to Wow Glama.

The customer agrees to indemnify Wow Glama against claims arising from materials supplied by the customer that infringe third-party rights, to the extent permitted by law.

15. Product Claims & Marketing

Wholesale customers must not make false, misleading or unauthorised claims about Wow Glama products.

Where Wow Glama provides approved product descriptions or specifications, customers should use those descriptions accurately.

Customers must not alter technical claims or product specifications in a way that could mislead consumers.

16. Confidentiality

Where confidential information is exchanged during wholesale negotiations or custom manufacturing arrangements, both parties should take reasonable steps to protect that information.

Confidential information should not be disclosed to third parties except where necessary for legitimate business purposes or required by law.

17. Delays Outside Our Control

Wow Glama will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

• Supplier delays

• Manufacturing delays

• Shipping disruption

• Customs delays

• Strikes

• Severe weather

• Natural disasters

• Government restrictions

• Port closures

• Transport disruption

• Other unforeseen events

Where reasonably possible, Wow Glama will communicate significant delays to the customer.

18. Business Customers

Wholesale customers are responsible for ensuring that products they purchase are suitable for their intended resale market and that their own business complies with applicable laws and regulations.

Where products are resold, the wholesale customer is responsible for complying with applicable consumer, product-safety, advertising, labelling and trading requirements relevant to their business.

19. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Subject to this, Wow Glama will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from a wholesale order where such exclusion is permitted by law.

20. Changes to Wholesale Terms

Wow Glama may update these Wholesale Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The version applicable to an order will generally be the version accepted at the time the order was placed, unless otherwise agreed.

21. Governing Law

These Wholesale Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory legal requirements that apply.
