Welcome to Wow Glama. These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of our website and to purchases of products and services from Wow Glama.

Wow Glama provides beauty, hair and wig-related products and services, including:

2. Using Our Website

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website or systems

Such variations do not necessarily mean that a product is faulty.

4. Hair Colour & Texture

Where products are described by colour, texture, curl pattern, length or density, these descriptions are intended to provide a reasonable representation of the product.

For products made from synthetic, protein or blended fibres, the appearance and behaviour of the fibre may differ from human hair.

Customers should follow the care instructions provided with their product.

5. Eco Luxe Collection™

Eco Luxe Collection™ is a Wow Glama product collection.

Where applicable, product descriptions will state the relevant fibre composition, heat tolerance, care instructions and other specifications.

Customers must follow the recommended care instructions.

Where a product is described as heat-friendly or heat-safe, the stated maximum temperature should not be exceeded.

Always test heat on a small, discreet section before applying heat to the entire product.

Wow Glama is not responsible for damage caused by exceeding recommended temperatures or using inappropriate styling equipment.

6. Prices

All prices displayed on our website are shown in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices, product specifications and promotional offers at any time.

A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and confirmed, except where permitted by law.

7. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

After placing an order, you will normally receive an order confirmation by email.

An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where:

• The product is unavailable

• There has been an obvious pricing or description error

• We suspect fraudulent activity

• Payment has not been successfully authorised

• We are unable to fulfil the order for reasons outside our reasonable control

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order.

8. Payment

Payment must be made using the payment methods available at checkout.

We use third-party payment providers to process payments securely.

Wow Glama does not normally have access to your complete payment-card details.

Orders will generally not be dispatched until payment has been successfully authorised.

9. Customised & Made-to-Order Wigs

Customised wigs are produced according to the specifications selected by the customer.

Customers are responsible for checking their selections before completing their purchase, including:

• Wig size

• Hair type

• Hair length

• Hair colour

• Density

• Lace size and type

• Curl or wave pattern

• Parting

• Styling

• Other requested customisations

Once production has begun, changes may not be possible.

Additional charges may apply where a customer requests changes that require additional materials, labour or processing.

Where a customised product is faulty, incorrectly made or does not correspond with the agreed specifications, your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

10. Wig Installation & Salon Services

Appointments for wig installation, customisation, revamps and other salon services must be booked in advance.

Customers should arrive on time for appointments.

Late arrival may reduce the amount of time available for the service. Where a delay substantially affects the appointment, we may need to reschedule it.

Where a customer does not attend an appointment, any applicable deposit or booking fee may be retained in accordance with the booking terms provided at the time of booking.

Customers must inform us before their appointment of any relevant requirements that may affect the service.

11. Customer-Supplied Hair or Wigs

Where a customer supplies their own wig, hair, lace, extensions or other materials for a service, Wow Glama cannot guarantee the condition or suitability of those materials.

We will take reasonable care while carrying out the requested service.

However, we cannot be responsible for pre-existing damage, poor-quality materials, previous chemical processing, shedding, deterioration or other defects that become apparent during the service.

If we believe that a customer's item is unsuitable for the requested service, we may recommend an alternative service or decline to proceed.

12. Deposits & Bookings

Where a deposit is required to secure a booking, the amount and applicable terms will be communicated to the customer before the booking is confirmed.

A deposit may be non-refundable where this has been clearly stated and permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these booking terms removes any statutory rights the customer may have.

13. Shipping

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Once an order has been dispatched, customers should use the tracking information provided to monitor delivery.

14. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law.
